#58022: [Port Abandoned] libmcs: multiple issues

 Keywords: | Port: libmcs
--------------------------+----------------------
Originally I just wanted to improve grammar in a comment on line 43 of the
 portfile (`i dont` → `I don't`). However, I found that although port is
not outdated, the homepage and distfiles sites are gone, and the license
is also incorrect (according to [https://github.com/atheme-
 legacy/libmcs/blob/9fbfa161967c230f64a77c62c96f6648b1824ffa/COPYING
COPYING from libmcs 0.7.2] it is BSD, not GPL-3).

The port maintainer has not had any activity
 [https://trac.macports.org/search?q=nodetwo.com&noquickjump=1&changeset=on&milestone=on&portsummarysearch=on&ticket=on&wiki=on
since 2010] and at least one of their other ports was been deemed
abandoned back in 2013: #40593. So this port is probably also abandoned.

Before I open a PR for any changes, would it be better to just remove
`libmcs`? Nothing depends on this port. Other package managers
 ([https://reviews.freebsd.org/rP413202 FreeBSD], Fedora, Debian/Ubuntu)
have already removed their libmcs packages
 ([https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/libmcs/c/ac23939419d76188cb217ac43311717c19ca5958?branch=master
Fedora] replaces it with GSettings). I personally have no use for this
 port.
