New description:

 I was informed that my macstrop version of port:libssh failed on a
 distfile downloading error.

 This patch fixes that by changing the master_sites URL and upgrades libssh
 to 0.8.6 . Revbumping is not required. I've also migrated the port to the
 CMake 1.1 PG.

 I have not investigated whether the patches from the current port need to
 be refactored (they no longer apply but can also not be reversed in the
 0.8.6 code).
