 from the main.log is seems this is caused by readline/gawk (probably
 related to [https://trac.macports.org/ticket/58011 ticket 58011]). Try
 this: upgrade readline/gawk first with {{{port upgrade readline gawk}}},
 then do {{{port clean --all isl}}} and try another upgrade.
