 I'm assuming you mean the rust std library ''source code'', (the binary
 version is included in the compiler). You can install that using {{{port
 install rust-src}}}, and that should work. I'll make some tests with llvm
 7 and see how it goes, if it works correctly we can use that.

 In the future, I could add some notes explaining what is needed to use
 rust in an IDE.
