 Thanks for investigating. Indeed that is a
 [https://stackoverflow.com/a/18523671/4896937 Cloudflare message] that is
 "intentionally enabled" by the site owner, and supposedly has no easy way
 to bypass.

 There is a [http://websvn.xvid.org/cvs/viewvc.cgi/tags/ web SVN]; but the
 latest version isn't tagged, so who knows if the next one will be. I just
 sent a message to their [http://list.xvid.org/pipermail/xvid-devel/
 mailing list] to see if there's any suggestions on what to use instead.
