 These instructions are horribly outdated:
 https://bitbucket.org/tortoisehg/thg/wiki/developers/MacOSX#!install-via-
 macports

 We should simplify them to a single line of code `sudo port install
 tortoisehg`, I just didn't yet figure out how to do a pull request for the
 wiki.
