 I tried to upgrade ports using {{{port -v -d upgrade outdated}}} and
 {{{port -v -d rev-upgrade}}} after finishing a selfupdate. Something else
 failed and I generated a list of everything taht was outdated, doxygen was
 in the list and I proceeded to upgrade manually. It didn't work.

 I uninstalled the outdated version and tried to do a full install. That
 also failed.
