 mono has undergone [https://github.com/macports/macports-
 ports/commit/7d906401b31c446bf01b1835aefcd32ca33547a2 significant changes]
 since this ticket was submitted.\\
 I tried to build asn1scc, but it seems to require and older version of
 fsharp than we provide.

 If we can reproduce the problem with the new version of mono, then we can
 revisit the issue.
