 I checked, but the `trac.log` does not have more information than what is
 already given in the ticket description.

 I do not think we have ever seen this before. The value that is tried to
 be inserted into the `sid` column would equal the username (or called
 `login` internally). For some reason the `login` field must have come back
 as a null value in [https://github.com/trac-hacks/trac-
 github/blob/master/tracext/github/__init__.py#L195 trac-github].
