 IEs4Linux/IEs4Mac/IEs4OSX haven't been maintained since ~2008. There are
 other maintained Wine derivatives with automated IE installation such as
 WineBottler (which is what IEs4OSX redirects to) and PlayOnMac, but none
 of those are in MacPorts.
