 As I see it, there is no more dependency cycle. The case Ryan came across
 that I handn't anticipated has been covered now. Can't think of any
 others, but we'll see.

 Changing to libc++ on 10.6.8 and earlier will always need manual steps.
 Once we change to that, we'll all be much happier, and that is the only
 setup we should support.
