 Tried to install OpenBLAS port on my iMac Pro under MacOS 10.13 with

 {{{
 port install OpenBLAS +gcc7 +lapack
 }}}

 After a while, it fails with an error about a missing instruction:

 I also tried with the default gcc8, and there were more missing
 instructions.
