 The simplest would most likely be to create a
 [https://guide.macports.org/chunked/development.local-repositories.html
 local repository] and make a copy of the port OpenBLAS in it (for a
 standard installation, it should be found at
 /opt/local/var/macports/sources/rsync.macports.org/macports/release/tarballs/ports/math).
 Then it should be enough to replace the patch (in the files folder) with
 the new patch attached to this ticket.
