 Do you have `/usr/lib/libdl.dylib`? I presume you should have it, every
 system does I think.

 If you do, the configure is failing on something else.

 I have `mpv` running on every system here from 10.4 PPC up to Mojave. It
 runs great. So -- it's something going on on yours system that we can sort
 out.
