 The problem happens in the directory SeqAn-1.1.\\
 Since tophat
 [https://trac.macports.org/changeset/7dd634c4cf752145633edae38baca97af2f93b91
 /macports-ports no longer uses the local version of SeqAn], this problem
 is likely fixed.\\
 If not, please feel free to reopen.
