 The waf portgroup adds `--nocache` to `configure.args`. That option
 apparently no longer exists with waf 2.

 I was trying to update the talloc port (which uses the waf portgroup) from
 2.1.14 (which includes a copy of waf 1.5.19) to 2.1.15 (which includes a
 copy of waf 2.0.8). Configure failed with:

 waf: error: no such option: --nocache
 }}}
