 2.5.20 was released in 2019; current version in MacPorts is 1.2.7,
 released in 2005; port has been outdated since the release of 1.2.8 in
 2005.

 Is keeping and updating this port desirable? Although
 [https://struts.apache.org/struts1eol-announcement.html Struts 1.x is end-
 of-life], Struts 2 is not considered a direct/drop-in upgrade for Struts
 1.x; so if Struts 1.x is still considered useful, then maybe this port
 should only be updated to 1.3.10 (released 2008). There do not appear to
 be any other ports depending on `struts`, however.
