 I am having trouble upgrading/installing clang-devel on Mac OS X 10.13.6
 high sierra.

 The log file indicates that this upgrade/install cannot occur because the
 following file is missing:

 3001-Fix-missing-long-long-math-prototypes-when-using-the.patch

 I have tried the usual stuff: cleaning and trying again, uninstalling and
 cleaning and trying again, and also trying to install without the
 analyzer/assertions/libstdcxx included.

 They all have the same error.

 Previous versions had been installed without problem.
