 sudo port upgrade lilypond-devel
 }}}
 on my MacOS 10.7.5 box (with `cxx_stdlib libc++` in `macports.conf` as
 recommended for this Mac version) causes the following warning:
 {{{
 lilypond-devel is using libstdc++ (this installation is configured to use
 libc++)
 }}}
 and MacPorts try to build it again and again, aborting after three
 tries.
