I installed "python37" port via macports on macOS 10.13(HighSierra), but
 the "IDLE.app" won't start.

After a quick research it seems that the IDLE.app requires "py37-tkinter"
 and "xorg-server" as dependencies.

Is it possible to exclude the "IDLE.app" and the "Python Launcher.app"
 from the default install?

If not why does it dependencies not getting installed? If a pkgmngr
doesn't resolve it dependencies it quit pointless.
