 I thought I did change that to a port:libgcc9 depspec temporarily to see
 if the path-based depspec might cause problems, but I did so wrongly. Yes,
 if the path-based depspec is replaced with a port-based one, libgcc9 is
 being arch-checked and rebuilt correctly.
