 I'm trying to install fresh version of MacPorts on macOS Catalina.
 When I trying to install numpy it starts from libgcc9 that  is a decency.
 Unfortunately compilation of libgcc fails. I have the same situation when
 installing directly libgcc9 or libgcc-devel
