 The upgrade from py36-numpy @1.16.3_0+gcc8+openblas to version numpy
 @1.17.0_0 failed with

 or

 sudo port upgrade py36-numpy --enforce-variants
 }}}


 based on the unuseful information in #58772 (already closed without
 solving the problem), I attached my main.log file here.
