 I can replicate one of the logfile on an older CPU running OSX 10.11. The
 file having issues is `numpy/core/src/umath/simd.inc.src` ... it's having
 trouble with `_mm512_` intrinsics ... both of which imply to me that the
 SIMD detection is indeed having some sort of issue(s).
