Comment:

 When Michael [changeset:e99d7336910768c06a94f0c37084929f04c1b131/macports-
 ports updated uhd-devel to 20190724-3c8ed1b5] he also added a reference to
 a new patchfile "patch-fix-UHD_VERSION_quotes.diff", but he forgot to
 actually add that file.
