 As per @josephsacco:

 > mysql8 does not build if boost @1.66 is installed. In theory that should
 not matter since the mysql8 build downloads boost @1.69 into the work
 directory. In practice there are some include-path issues. If boost @1.66
 is temporarily deactivated, mysql8 builds and runs.
