 Could this port have been installed previously? The attached log is not
 from a clean build (starts with the configure phase already complete);
 have you tried cleaning? Even if that doesn't solve the problem, having a
 complete log may help.

 If mysql8 is opportunistically using cyrus-sasl2 without declaring a
 dependency, that should be fixed.
