 are you sure you want `ffmpeg-devel` ? If you're mostly a user-level
 person rather than a cutting-edge person, it might just be trouble for
 you.

 Anyway, to make this happen, you have to override the `ffmpeg`
 deactivation warning, either through the interactive interface, or by
 forcing the deactivation with the `-f` flag. Then install `ffmpeg-devel`.
