 No, I cannot, I do not write or speak Portfile, I only learned a few
 tricks with `port` on the command line. What I can assume is that `GCC
 4.2` needs to be blackmailed and then GCC 6 or 7 or 8 will be used
 automatically (because a useful `Clang` version does not yet work on
 PowerPC hardware), maybe a dependency of GCC 6 or 7 or 8 needs to be
 created in case no GCC 6 or 7 or 8 is already installed.
