 When one installs root6 with postgresql variant , it wants to install

 The following dependencies will be installed:
  gcc9
  libpqxx
  mysql57
  mysql_select
  postgresql94
  postgresql96
 }}}

 as you see it wants to installs 2 postgresql ports: the 94 version for
 libpqxx and the 96 version for root6. Maybe we can avoid  2 postgresql
 ports if libpqxx port is installed with the postgresql96 variant which, at
 the moment is missed. By default libpqxx is installed with postgresql94
 and it has only variant for postgresql <= 94.

 Please, add postgresql96 if this is feasible.
