#58663: Unsigned files will not run at all in future versions of macOS

 Today I ran EtreCheck-5.3 on my system. EtreCheck flagged a number of
 files as 'unsigned'. Most all of these have been 'whitelisted' by
 EtreCheck.  For example,

 {{{
 Launchd script: /Library/LaunchDaemons/org.macports.mysql57-server.plist
 Executable:     /opt/local/lib/mysql57/bin/mysqld
 Status: Not loaded
 Install date:   2019-05-15 14:47:04
 Details: Exact match found in the whitelist - probably OK
 }}}

 Others have not:
 {{{
 Launchd script: /Library/LaunchDaemons/org.macports.mysql8-server.plist
 Executable:     /opt/local/lib/mysql8/bin/mysqld
 Status: Not loaded
 Install date:   2019-06-09 10:07:27
 Details: Executable file is hidden - possibly adware
 }}}

 I reported the mysql8 file issue to EtreCheck. They will 'whitelist' the
 file.

 They mentioned that unsigned files like the mysql8 launchd file will not
 run at all in a future version of macOS.

 What to do?

 Is there be some way for MacPorts to become 'blessed' by Apple?
