 For example, in #38452 Currently it looks like:

     Port: [https://trac.macports.org/query?status=!closed&port=~apache2
 apache2]

 I propose to add a link “src”, making it

     Port: [https://trac.macports.org/query?status=!closed&port=~apache2
 apache2] ([https://github.com/macports/macports-
 ports/blob/master/www/apache2/Portfile src])

 The source link should only show when there is a Port with exact same
 name.
