 I think the thing we need to do is update the legacy support time.h to
 (somehow...) detect when a 10.12 sdk is be8ng used, on 10.11, and then
 skip defining the enum, but keep the implementation of thw two methods. So
 the question is is there some sort of define we can look for, to check the
 sdk version being used ?
