 isl-devel has not been updated in almost 4 years and is far behind the
 version of the isl port. Please either update or delete (e.g. first mark
 as `replaced_by isl` for one year) the isl-devel port.

 If we decide to update the port and keep around, it would be a good idea
 if the same person or persons would maintain all of the isl-related ports.
