 borg consistently throws the following error regardless of the command
 used (e.g. create, list, etc.):

 You do not have a supported msgpack[-python] version installed.
 Terminating.
 This should never happen as specific, supported versions are required by
 our setup.py.
 Do not contact borgbackup support about this.
 }}}

 msgpack is currently installed as a dependency of borgbackup:
 `py36-msgpack @0.6.1_0`
