#58230: inkscape @0.92.4_1+x11 launches but does not function. Running on Mojave

 Inkscape launches.  Menus appear work area is a black box.  Cannot open a
 file, nav items appear but no files appear.  I can drag and drop image but
 nothing appears. No errors except when I exit and launch.
