 Portfile needs to tell port to look in
 {{{
 /Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/jdk-12.jdk/Contents/Home/include/jni.h
 }}}
 which is where the Oracle installer put it for me (it doesn't give a
 choice).  Editing the Portfile in the isfile checks in pre-configure, and
 re-upgrading gave me joy.

 Only 597 ports to go in my Mojave upgrade!
