 Yes, but I received no response to my email to them. Maybe their email is
 down too. I found they have a GitHub project, so I filed a bug report
 there:

 https://github.com/shuosc/mirrors.shuosc.org/issues/33

 It looks like the mirror has been offline since about April 14.
