 I do not know yet. One machine succeeded, another one failed. On the
 failing one I did {{{cd /opt/local/....<wherever that port source is>;
 sudo bash; make all install}}}, and it's still running. I have at least
 three more machines that need to go through this exercise later on.

 Could you please be more specific: nuke what, and more importantly -
 exactly how? If you could show the actual commands, it would be
 outstanding.
