 Notmuch 0.28.4 was released today, and I just updated the Portfile
 locally. The new version no longer builds:

 :info:build pkg_resources.DistributionNotFound: The 'sphinxcontrib-qthelp'
 distribution was not found and is required by Sphinx
 }}}
 Well, at least I can now reproduce the issue, which is a start. ;-)
