 Nope, sorry to report bad. It's beyond messed-up for me, now. I can't even
 install libgcc9 now, required or not, on my legacy system (10.11.6). About
 30 of my ports are now broken because libgcc itself has been rendered
 inactive. Yes, this all started a couple of days ago for me, too.
