New description:
This application has been last updated in 2003. It does not deal properly
with UTF-8 characters and does not integrate easily into Mutt. There are
several alternatives, the most recent being https://github.com/keith
/contacts-cli, which checks all the boxes, although loses some
functionality. Therefore it may be best to add a new port called
"contacts-cli" for this, which cannot be installed at the same time as
"contacts".
Homebrew exchanged "contacts" for a newer fork (https://github.com/dhess),
which is also unmaintained since 2014 but works with UTF-8 characters.
Additionally, there is a "contacts-cli" formula for the aforementioned
alternative.
