 hugin-app fails to build on my machine (macOS 10.14.5).

 The log file is attached, but this caught my eye:

 'uint64_t' (aka 'unsigned long long'))

 It seems to pick up the wrong tiff.h. I do not think that Mono was
 installed by MacPorts, and I do not understand why this header is found at
 all. I do not know how to prevent the system from picking up this header.
