 OK, I think I see your issue. Somehow your version of `cctools` is not the
 right version for `Mojave`. It's both too old, and the wrong variant, and
 installed for the wrong operating system (darwin 17 instead of 18).

 I think you need to start fresh, and follow these instructions
 <https://trac.macports.org/wiki/Migration> or you'll never get this set up
 right.
