Comment (by mojca):

 The port is supposed to install the files outside of the common directory
 structure. What I'm not sure about is whether we forgot to add some flag
 to the port to avoid the warning.

 The `crossgcc-1.0.tcl` portgroup already contains `destroot.violate_mtree
 yes`, so I'm not sure why that one is not taken into account?
