 This is a request to not make TeXmacs dependent on texlive (which is
 huge). I assume it is not necessary since the release downloadable from
 texmacs.org is only 100 MB (installed size).

 Why avoid the texlive package? It is huge and many people already have
 MacTeX installed (no need for duplication).
