#58535: certsync @1.1.3_0 build fails on Mojave

 port: 2.5.4

 certsync: 1.1.3


 Portfile sets "-mmacosx-version-min=10.4" which fails on Mojave (libgcc
 10.4 is missing). I successfully built and installed certsync on Mojave by
 setting "-mmacosx-version-min=10.6" in the Portfile, however I am not sure
 what the Right Way to fix that in MacPorts would be (presumably hardcoding
 it is bad)
