 Hi Jeff,

 Yes, that is [ticket:58898], which I have not yet found a way to automate.
 Please make sure you have at least clang-5.0 installed, and then do this:
 {{{
 sudo port -v -n upgrade --force --enforce-variants libcxx +emulated_tls
 +universal
 }}}
