 This issue seems to have shown up on [https://unicode-
 org.atlassian.net/browse/ICU-20852 other systems].

 Although it is probably  something upstream should fix, there is a
 [https://github.com/macports/macports-ports/pull/5674 pull request] that
 attempts to work around the issue.
