 Is there anything special about the non-binary update to 7.3.11? I've
 updated (not using -b) and now getting random out-of-memory errors that
 never happened before. First time was at the point of sending output to
 the browser, but every other crash occurs during OpenSSL decryption. And,
 randomly, things work just fine.
